What an excellent resource for any family or group of friends “testing the waters” to see if home funerals are something they might like to do, or for a family or group of friends already acquiring the knowledge and skills needed to offer a family-directed funeral. Donna is so calm and nurturing in her presentation of how to wash, dress and transport the body that it is possible for the viewer to imagine how deeply moving and spiritual at-home care of the dead can be. I’m grateful she has made this resource available at such an affordable price so that anyone interested in the subject can obtain it. If a group considering home funerals can only buy one video guide to the subject, this is the one I’d recommend.
